Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Research Analyst – REITs with a strong
foundation in real estate investment, project finance, financial modeling, and strategic analysis.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting
feasibility studies, and supporting the financial structuring of REIT transactions. A
comprehensive understanding of REIT structure and regulatory frameworks is essential for this
role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Financial Modeling: Develop, manage, and refine complex financial models for real estate and REIT-based investment projects, including cash flow projections, IRR analysis, and sensitivity scenarios.
- Feasibility & Market Research: Conduct detailed feasibility studies and market
research to evaluate real estate development and acquisition opportunities.
- Project Analysis: Analyze project cost structures, capital allocation strategies, and
projected returns to support investment decisions.
- Documentation: Assist in preparing investment memorandums, board presentations, and
pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders.
- Due Diligence & Risk Assessment: Perform thorough due diligence and risk
assessments on potential assets and partners.
- Market Monitoring: Monitor macroeconomic trends, financial indicators, and
regulatory developments affecting real estate and REIT markets.
- Regulatory Compliance: Review REIT regulatory guidelines and support compliance
alignment with SECP and other relevant authorities
- Education:
- BBA in Finance, Investment, or related discipline is required.
- Pursuing CFA, or similar professional qualification will be considered an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate investment and REIT structures.
- Solid understanding of IFRS and real estate financial reporting standards
- Experience:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience within Project Finance
division or financial institution, NBFI, or consulting firm are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in conducting investment feasibility and financial due diligence.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and .NET Framework/Core.
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with .NET Framework or .NET Core development.
- Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server or MySQL.

As a Document Composer you will work on a project basis to revamp and standardize
our policy documents. In this role, you will redesign and reformat a large collection of
documents, ensuring visual consistency and high-quality standards.

Ensure all documents are meticulously formatted, structured, and visually
consistent.
Use advanced Microsoft Word features—such as navigation panes,
referencing tools, and table of contents—to improve document usability
and coherence.
Maintain uniformity in style, format, and presentation across all
documents.
Review documents thoroughly to identify and correct formatting issues,
ensuring accuracy in content representation.
Transition existing documents to the new format, preserving the integrity
of original content.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience of 2 years or with policy documentation or technical
documentation.
