Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and refine complex financial models for real estate and REIT-based investment projects, including cash flow projections, IRR analysis, and sensitivity scenarios.
Conduct detailed feasibility studies and market research to evaluate real estate development and acquisition opportunities.
Analyze project cost structures, capital allocation strategies, and projected returns to support investment decisions.
Assist in preparing investment memorandums, board presentations, and pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders.
Perform thorough due diligence and risk assessments on potential assets and partners.
Monitor macroeconomic trends, financial indicators, and regulatory developments affecting real estate and REIT markets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and compliance for investment structuring and documentation.
Review REIT regulatory guidelines and support compliance alignment with SECP and other relevant authorities.
Qualifications & Skills:
BBA in Finance, Investment, or related discipline is required.
Pursuing CFA, ACCA, or similar professional qualification will be considered an advantage.
In-depth knowledge of real estate investment and REIT structures.
Strong command over Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Solid understanding of IFRS and real estate financial reporting standards.
Proven experience in conducting investment feasibility and financial due diligence.
Excellent reading, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience at a financial institution,
NBFI, or consulting firm are encouraged to apply.

Valuation and Financial Modeling
Develop and implement research strategies that align with the company’s investment objectives and market conditions.

Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts of future earnings and cash flows to compute the fair value of companies under coverage using various valuation methods such as free cash flow to equity, dividend valuation model, etc.

Use various technical indicators to identify trend reversal or trend continuation patterns.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of investment portfolios and recommend necessary adjustments to maximize returns and manage risks.
Market and Sector Analysis
Stay up-to-date with macroeconomic fundamentals shaping the economy and have knowledge of the working environment and dynamics of various sectors, including Fertilizers, Power generation, Autos etc.
Provide comprehensive research coverage on funds under management using proprietary valuation models and disseminate investment recommendations.
Stay up-to-date on industry news, market developments, and regulatory changes that may impact the organization’s investments.
Asset Allocation and Portfolio Optimization
Keep track of asset allocation in mutual funds in line with in-house limits, regulatory compliance, market outlook, and investment constraints.
Develop and implement investment strategies, both quantitative and qualitative, to optimize portfolio performance, considering market conditions, client objectives, and risk parameters.
Prepare comparison sheets, presentations, investment proposals, and other relevant documents to communicate research findings effectively.
Education & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, preferably with CFA Charter.
Experience
5 years of experience in a leadership role within the specific domain of Research.
