The JS Rise Togather is a financial empowerment initiative designed to enable women to tap into unlimited earning potential and empower them digitally.
Through this program, candidates will receive training and certification, along with practical experience and job opportunities. In-house experts at JSIL will conduct online training to prepare students for the IFMP Mutual Funds Basics exam. Successful candidates will be offered internships and sales training, with JSIL providing the necessary digital tools for success.
Who Can Join
Educational Background:
Open to all women with a passion for learning. A bachelor’s degree is recommended, but those with basic literacy and numeracy skills and a good grasp of English (reading and writing) are encouraged to apply.
Technological Skills:
Comfortable using a smartphone and apps; eager to learn new technologies.
Communication Skills:
Able to understand and follow instructions; confident in building relationships with a proactive attitude.
Age Range:
Women aged 25 to 45 years.
Work Experience:
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or retail is a plus but not required.
Availability and Commitment:
Willing to commit to the 8 week course duration and attend all sessions; ready to participate in both in-person and online sessions.
How We Select
Candidates will be considered based on the information provided in the registration form. After reviewing the forms, we will invite selected candidates for a screening interview to discuss their enthusiasm and commitment to the program. Successful candidates will be added to a WhatsApp group for real-time updates and enrolled in the course.
About the Instructor
Our program is led by Tehseen Mazhar, a JSIL in-house expert with extensive experience in academia and finance. She has a strong background in teaching and practical financial analysis, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience for all participants. She has taught at leading universities across Karachi, including Institute of Business Administration and College of Business Management.

What is the process to apply?
