Role Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Manager – Financial Reporting to
lead the preparation, analysis, and management of the company’s financial statements and
statutory reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with accounting standards,
support audits, manage Provident Fund operations, oversee budgeting activities, and handle daily - financial reporting functions. Job Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Lead the accurate and timely preparation of annual and monthly
financial statements in compliance with IFRS and other applicable standards. - Budgeting & Projections: Prepare periodical cash flow projections for effective cash
flow management and assist in compiling the annual budget by coordinating with
departments and incorporating key assumptions for various accounting heads - Fixed Assets Management: Oversee the acquisition, disposal, and maintenance of the
fixed assets register, ensuring complete and up-to-date records. - Regulatory Filing: Prepare applications and required documentation for updating the
company’s profile on relevant regulatory portals (e.g., FBR/SRB). - Provident Fund Management: Oversee end-to-end Provident Fund operations,
including preparing monthly accounts, processing settlements, withdrawals, and
investments, confirming balances for advances and final settlements, preparing related
documentation, and coordinating annual audits. - Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with auditors, banks, share registrars, and other
stakeholders to ensure compliance and resolve queries promptly. - Board Support: Supervise the preparation and dispatch of notices for board meetings
and ensure related documentation is managed accurately. - Education:
- CA Finalist/Qualified, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent with a solid background in
accounting and financial reporting. - Strong knowledge of IFRS, Provident Fund regulations, and corporate accounting
practices. - Experience:
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and statutory
compliance.
