Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Research Analyst – REITs with a strong
foundation in real estate investment, project finance, financial modeling, and strategic analysis.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting
feasibility studies, and supporting the financial structuring of REIT transactions. A
comprehensive understanding of REIT structure and regulatory frameworks is essential for this
role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Financial Modeling: Develop, manage, and refine complex financial models for real estate and REIT-based investment projects, including cash flow projections, IRR analysis, and sensitivity scenarios.
- Feasibility & Market Research: Conduct detailed feasibility studies and market
research to evaluate real estate development and acquisition opportunities. - Project Analysis: Analyze project cost structures, capital allocation strategies, and
projected returns to support investment decisions. - Documentation: Assist in preparing investment memorandums, board presentations, and
pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders. - Due Diligence & Risk Assessment: Perform thorough due diligence and risk
assessments on potential assets and partners. - Market Monitoring: Monitor macroeconomic trends, financial indicators, and
regulatory developments affecting real estate and REIT markets. - Regulatory Compliance: Review REIT regulatory guidelines and support compliance
alignment with SECP and other relevant authorities - Education:
- BBA in Finance, Investment, or related discipline is required.
- Pursuing CFA, or similar professional qualification will be considered an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate investment and REIT structures.
- Solid understanding of IFRS and real estate financial reporting standards
- Experience:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience within Project Finance
division or financial institution, NBFI, or consulting firm are encouraged to apply. - Proven experience in conducting investment feasibility and financial due diligence.
