Role Summary:
As an Executive Secretary, you will provide high-level operational and administrative
support. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities,
and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Job Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes.
Handle correspondence, including drafting emails and letters.
Operational Assistance
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless
communication.
Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and documentation for meetings.
Organize travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and
itineraries.
Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital) for easy retrieval of
information.
Support the management of tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
Confidentiality & Discretion
Handle sensitive matters with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Education & Skills
Bachelor’s degree.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office
management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Urdu proficiency is a plus.
Experience
3–5 years in a similar role, preferably in the financial sector.
