Management Trainee Program

Objective

Main Objective of this program is to develop a talent pool within the Company; the Company supports young graduates/post graduates in acquiring hands-on experience on the intricacies of the Asset Management Industry.

Scope

The Program is structured over 12 months and the Management Trainee will be rotated through different departments to gain theoretical and practical knowledge of the cross-functional departments.

The Program offers an intensive, systematic, challenging and a coaching environment to the fresh graduates enabling them build their professional and leadership skills necessary in order to become future leaders.

Upon successful completion of the program, the Management Trainee may be given a full time employment opportunity at JS Investments Ltd.

About the Candidate

• To be eligible for our Management Trainee Program, you must have or been on course to achieving a degree preferably with a 3.0 CGPA or above.
• A Business, Actuarial Sciences, Economics, Finance and/or Accounting Major is a plus; however, candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates who can demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment with a steep learning curve.
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate initiative and quick decision-making to deal with challenges on the fly.

About the Assessment Test

It is an online assessment test comprising of 30 MCQs of 1 mark each with no negative marking for incorrect answers, therefore attempt all questions. You will have 45 minutes to complete the test. The assessment is designed to evaluate your English Language, Critical Reasoning and Quantitative Skills. You will only have a single chance to attempt the test and in order to qualify for the next stage you must clear the test.
